AI Coach Data Usage
PepCoach uses AI to generate personalized insights and coaching based on your activity and data.
To power your coach, we may use:
- Workout activity and exercise logs
- Body metrics and progress
- Nutrition entries and food images (if used)
- Health and wearable data (if connected)
- Messages you send to the AI coach
This information is securely processed using OpenAI and Anthropic.
